Hmm...it was pretty hard narrowing it down to just one character for you--I could see shades of Ran (C) from Clover in your application, Watanuki from xxxHOLiC, Suoh from Clamp Campus Detectives...and a whole bunch of other characters as well. In the end, though, I think I'm leaning more towards Usagiya Takayuki from the novel series Clamp School Paranormal Investigators--he's a character that is devoted to his work and responsibility, but is also someone others can be comfortable with coming to for advice...and he's definitely a stickler for routine as well. :)
