I believe that's a screenshot from the X movie.

Actually, this is a background use in the movie, when Kanoe is talking with Fuuma, showing him what the future will be. It was printed in the X movie soundtrack. You should ask about a scan of it on Clamp2Share ( http://community.livejournal.com/clamp2share/ ).
