October - January Submitter & Voter of the Month
I've been such a lazy mod once again with posting the monthly results, but I finally bring you the winners of October, November, December and January's Submitter and Voter of the Month contest!
For those who are curious how this works, I've modernized since the original method and now have two textfiles, everytime you submit or vote I add your username to the respective one. At the end of the month I open up each file using a generator program I downloaded and it randomly selects a name from the list. All it takes is one entry to win, though the more you participate the better your odds are overall.
Now without further ado *drumroll please* the winners are...

As a Submitter of the Month, here (October, November, December, January) are your banners and I will be adding your names to the sidebar shortly to announce your victory. You are also all entitled to select the theme for next available challenge. Please check out this post for a list of past themes (please avoid repeating any) and then leave a screened comment there with your choice as soon as possible.
As a Voter of the Month, here (October, November, December, January) are your banners and I will be adding your names to the sidebar shortly to announce your victory. You are also all entitled to select the next available Moderator's Choice, we will need at least eight icons though. This decision will be based upon your actual vote, in order of listing, unless all three of your choices happen to place in which case you can simply comment on the results post.
