Perhaps he's reminded them once to often that Brit actors like to steal US actors' jobs 😲 I'm hoping he gets some recognition for Pemberley...the rewards will be greater if he can collect a gong for Darcy.

You could be right, I think Pemberly will be huge and the Americans love period dramas and looking around lots are looking forward to it so yes I think a gong for Darcy is a big possibility.

He certainly deserves to start winning something. And Darcy? What's not to love about Darcy...even though, from the trailer, he may be a murderer? *Contemplating* Do I read the book first? And spoil the surprise? Nah!!!
