I can't imagine anyone not having seen this, but this is the first time I've seen the full episode posted anywhere.

Great find! I had to buy the box for the entire season to get that one. Not that I mind, because I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Columbo (Matthew is just the added spice for me here) :)

I can imagine that some would just like to see only the Matthew-episode though.

I hope you won't mind, but I'm going to post this one on Marea67 as well. :)

I hope that you don't mind that I befriended you under Marea67 as well (I realized I hadn't - OOPS!). I usually keep up with that Friends Page better than the one at Sylviane1967. :)

Well I didn't have to buy the entire season, just the second half...which I didn't mind as I grew up on Columbo too - still not watched the other episodes though tut, tut!

You're forgiven for not having befriended me before...you haven't missed much though! lol!

Thanks for that! I grew up with Columbo! Columbo is very popular in France!
First time I saw Matthew was in Columbo! It was in 2005 if I remember...For a while he was just "the cute guy from Columbo" to me! And then came Brother & Sisters, and "the cute guy" became Matthew Rhys ;)

I grew up with him too, along with numerous other tv detectives - my parents only ever watched those sorts of programmes. Once I'd had the kids I never found time to watch much TV so this particular episode escaped me until a few months ago, and though Columbo re-runs air weekly, I've yet to see this one re-emerge...nor any of the others on the DVD for that matter!

Wonder if this role figured much in landing him the B&S job?

Thanks for commenting.

Not watching the link, because I have the season (OBVIOUSLY) ;)

But a great find and you, my non-techy friend, are quickly losing your non-techy title. However do you do these things? AND please do it again when you find Greenstone!!

I don't think I'm EVER going to find Greenstone; possibly didn't come out on DVD...and probably wouldn't have aired here as the BEEB dropped them in it at the last minute by pulling out of the project - now had they not done that... Someone, somewhere, did however say that last year it had been repeated on NZ TV.

And I will NEVER lose my non-techy title - there's too much stuff that I know is possible, that I want to do, and can't!

Well thank you kindly for your comment, though my mid-life crisis may very well take a u-turn at the weekend. Another year older *sigh*

Heck girl, I stopped counting a long time ago!!

I still get carded once in a while, which makes me happy and my maturity age is somewhere in the mid to low twenties. As long as those two things continue to happen, I will never "be" my age, nor should you... ;)

"... my maturity age is somewhere in the mid to low twenties." You and me both...only problem is, most of my friends are older...a fair bit older in some cases, and they're all feeling their ages. I'm all for going out and mischief-making but no-one wants to play!!!

Thank you for posting!! Haven't seen it yet, I didn't want to buy the tv series box only for one episode, so thanks for sharing it :)

You're welcome! I don't think I would have if I'd had to buy the entire box set...but fortunately it came in two halves so I only got the most important one ;) ...and it was no more expensive than a new DVD!
