Zaraki stood alone in the slightly run down gym, the lack of heating in the room apparent by his breath being visible as he huffed. He had been doing a few practice swings to get back into motion. Kenpachi's smile shook him. His heart began to race as he stared at the coach. Dammit, just like his uncle. The circumstances were much different, but, the sizes were the same.

But he'd improved since then. He left the entryway and set his somewhere around mid-court and continue to approach him.

At least it was only them. Spectators, especially Yachiru probably would have made the situation worse for him.

No words. Only actions now. These were two men, engaged in a match for things truly worth fighting for...Zaraki liked that. The thrill was pumping even more adrenaline through his veins.

He raised his fists in front of him in what appeared to be a sort of boxing stance. He hoped this boy wouldn't disappoint...he'd need the strength to put up with that niece of his anyways.

No greetings, no friendly words. Kyosuke hoped for a little more, but, Kenpachi was a different man than he.

He drew one hand up, the other crossed across his chest. He lead with his left foot, staring down the colossal man. Hmm... his uncle was shorter, but wider.
