If only you could send them back to their desks; the humiliation would serve the old biddies right! And how dare they patronise you because you're younger than they are?!!

I really wouldn't aiming for humiliation, it would be more about silence, less bickering and more work done :-p

In their defense, their intentions are good and the 'patronising' is only about this kind of thing - no problem with them complying with whatever silly stuff I ask them to do instructions.
