The only thing that seemed to be missing was a blow-up sex doll. ;)

Apparently, the cat was living in the jail, often taken home by relatives after they visited, and had been trained to go back to the prison on its own. Clearly, a cat smuggling items into Fox River was something Michael's plan sadly lacked of!!
