Running

I love track! I know it's insane that I do because I am so slow, but it is so fun anyway. Plus, all runners seem to know each other. Like today in study hall - the two guys in my study hall were talking about Nick, and I thought, "oh cool, I know him." Then they started talking about Paul, and I thought again, "Sweet! Who wouldn't love track! It's completely awesome! It doesn't even really matter if you're good or not. If you don't get to run in the big meets you at least get to go and take in the whole track meet atmosphere and since you run you know what it's like for the people that are running! Track is the best sport ever! (Well, second to cross)

You don't like track? Not at all, even not just for going to the meets to hang out with all of your friends and cheer them on? Well, I suppose not everyone is going to like it.

I do like hanging out with friends at the meet... but that really isn't 'track.' track involves running around an elipse... BORING!

I'm with Katie on this one... track meets aren't too fun to go to and just watch! you pretty much go to hang out with friends and maybe watch a couple laps of a race... like the two-mile... then you can do totally awesome cheers for people... like me!

Ok, maybe it wouldn't be fun to go to track meets for everyone, but I practically grew up at track meets. Seriously, the past 8 years of my life I've gone to all the track and xc meets that KC ran in so I guess that could be something more unique but I still think that some of the funnest times can be had at track meets.
