Ok, the movie is over and I'm ok! Steve and I had a wonderful dinner--I'm quite proud of my cooking skillz as they seem to be improving more and more everyday :o) Today I made artichoke and spinach stuffed chicken breasts with sauteed green beans and quinoa. It was really good and Steve said it was one of his favs (his #1 is the coconut tilapia
