After having a costuming crisis last night, I determined that as long as the costumes wind up with the feel and flavor of what we're going for, then it's all good and fun. So instead of stressing out trying to get a complicated top done, I improvised something easy and fun.

That looks like the old TARDIS interior & Lalla Ward as Romana's 2nd regen., but I could be wrong...
