week 3 Server and bartender...
This week I trained for evening server and bartender. The first three nights I was an evening server, taking a la carte orders. The server position in the day time is much different at night. Host and In Room Dining--week 2 9/14-9/20
There was a slight miscommunication this week as Host was not on my schedule; however, there is no bus boy position in the restaurant. So the first 3 days I trained as a host with Jackie. I learned the floor plan, how to set the tables, and where to seat large conference groups.

buffet attendant...week one 9/7-9/13
This week I worked as a Buffet Attendant/ Food Runner. Set up started at 5:30AM, which is usually early for me, and the day ended at 3PM. great day. work was fun then picked adam up and we went to christian"s house. we swam in the pool. Ate awesome food and then went in the hot tub a lil bit... i just dropped adam back off at beths and i am home now...good night -

went to the movies last night and saw the dark knight...it was awesome...long but awesome. I really dont wanna go to work today but i get paid so whatever...gotta go get ready for my day...peace -

so what do i have to say since last time? I did very well in class. I got an A in Business management, an A in health and a B in business law. brought my gpa up a lot.... i got a B as my final grade in business law....and a 90 on my health test...more grades to come...
