Mostly, waiting for called running plays that never materialized.
This is one where I think the Falcons playcalling hurt themselves. There's an adjustment they could have made in the second half... basically, to take that big lead, commit to the run and try to keep their own defense off the field and shorten the game. I recognize that Atlanta had a lot of success trying to go for big plays... but if they'd run for no yards on three plays and kicked a field goal - instead of repeatedly calling slow developing pass plays, they'd probably have won.
