You know, I'm not sure about that. Doing some research... well, it seems Ophara is slightly exempt from the laws of time, but I would speak with one of the Doctors about that.

I know exactly what you mean... Malkon was just a baby the last time I had seen him, before meeting the Doctor. Still having you infant brother being nearly as old as you are is better than none at all.
