And... I guess what you did is no worse than Jane shooting a perp, THROUGH HER OWN BODY, and then having to wait almost a year to see the fallout. I have faith that you won't make us wait a year!
Now that I've reminded myself how much better YOUR take on that whole situation was compared to the actual second season premiere, I now have no choice but to forgive you for the not-so-little cliffhanger you left with this time.
Seriously, thanks for a great start and please post the next part soon! Enjoy your night shift...
Which reminds me of something I've been meaning to ask you. (Wow, this is turning into a really long comment.) I don't know how close you are to London, but are you involved any (in your job) with the 2012 Olympics? You can PM me if you'd rather not answer in an open forum.

I won't make you wait a year, I'm just about to do battle with lj to put up part two...although I'm not sure that's going to end well either *g*
The night shift was bearable. The fact that I am now running on 4 hours sleep, less so.
As for the Olympics. We're a good four hour drive away from London, so it's a bit of a distant thing that's just going on down South really. They did ask our ambulance service to provide some paramedics to staff the games and I'm sure they had a big response but - if I'm honest - I really wasn't interested (and, having said that about a big response, I've not heard of anyone I know applying to go down there!)
