I'm sure her next best friend will put her over the edge. Probably she had the 20 already when she changed LTW, and then the game doesn't recognize it.
It's like marruying in a townie that works as a Hall of Famer and has LTW of becoming Hall of Famer, you need to start all over in the career.

You know what's crazy? She has like 35 friends or something now and STILL hasn't met that LTW. I think she even got the memory for the IW. So strange.
