If he were just some random yahoo I would agree with you. The trouble is that Rev. Drake is a major figure in the Southern Baptist Convention. He is, in fact, the former head of the Southern Baptists. The fact that someone with such a significant role in an organization of over 16,000,000 members would do such a thing publicly is very disturbing. And it says a lot about how fucked up their theology is.
