New update

I was hoping to complete more than just this, but I suppose I'll release what I have now.
Some bugs were fixed (others were too intimidating)
Certain events have been reworked (mochis will be the end of us all!)
Lithuania has been added (First time I've ever made custom units and buildings)

I'm surprised to see this project on-going! I haven't touched Civ IV in a while, but hearing about the updates I'm interested in giving it a go again.

Oh wow, someone actually found this. I was getting kind of discouraged.
Guess I'll start working on the next update right away!
