Origins Pack Perfection Contest!
Hey all, one of your friendly neighborhood mods here! Thanks to all who filled out the poll! Hopefully you can all see who is teaming where now. Don't forget to /chanjoin Livejournal for the LJ global channel, too!
Down to business. We all know that the Origins Pack is coming out next Wednesday, Nov. 3rd for $9.99 from the NCSoft Store. What you DON'T know is, we here at cityofvillains and city_of_heroes have 3 FREE Origins Pack codes that we're going to give out to y'all. In the next week before the release of the pack, there will be 3 chances to win one, not to mention some swanky other prizes for those that don't! I'll tell you the first now, and we'll reveal the other two later.
First, take a look at the Origins Pack Trailer and look at the 5 new capes and 10 new auras based on the 5 origins. Now, we want you to send us a screenshot of a character of yours whose costume could best be PERFECTED by the Origins Pack. There will be 3 prizes, and they are as follows:
1st place: A North American City of Heroes Origins Pack code, TWO DAYS EARLY!
2nd place: A North American City of Heroes Party Pack code!
3rd place: 15,000,000 (Fifteen million!) Inf. gleemailed to your North American global account!
Now, here's how to enter:
Take a screenshot (how to take a screenshot) of one character that you want to use to enter the contest. Attach the screenshot to an email to LiveJournalCOHcontest at gmail dot com. Make the subject line "[Global name]'s entry for the Origins Pack Perfection Contest". You ALSO MUST include 2-4 sentences about why your character should win the Origins Pack, and what pieces from the Origins Pack you would use. ALSO you must include both your Global handle and your Livejournal username.
Send ALL that by Sunday, Halloween night at Midnight EDT/9PM PDT. Any entries received after that will not be counted. Winners will be announced Monday, Nemesis willing and the creek don't rise.
ONE ENTRY AND ONE SCREENSHOT PER PERSON
All entries will be reviewed by @Liz/syrusb, @CrashTofu/cstuck and I (@BigAngry), your darling mods.
