Today is the first day this summer where it's truly unbearingly HOT out here at the beaches.

Sounds like a righteous plan - SoCal is the best place to let it loose in a convertible. The spouse and I drove from San Diego to San Fran one summer - visiting family, visiting bookstores, blasting Tom Waits and the Tao Moe Family, crusing the PCH, etc. Much fun. Enjoy your trip!

I love love LOVE the Sebring Convertible! That's what I rented when I was away in Savannah, GA for the weekend and I just loved everything about it. I wanted to "accidentally" miss my plane and drive it home to NY :)
