I definitely like those suggestions.

Drama: Kate Winslet or Patrick Stewart. Hell Kenneth Branaugh would work there just as easily.
Biology - Steve Irwin if he were alive. That class would just be awesome.
Chemistry - Bill Nye.
Physics - Neil Degrasse Tyson

Steve Irwin would have been ace as a teacher. Attenborough filled the vacancy, I guess

I chose Kate winslett as the staff seemed bloke heavy. Good shout about the Pickard. Did I ever mention I had a conversation with him about Macbeth and the nature of evil in Shakespeare?
