i fell asleep before the republican response, but yes, that is totally what they're doing. he's no obama, though. pshhh!

fall asleep that is. The whole presentation was so bad that I hardly heard the message at all. It left me wanting my own set of steak knives and I wondered whether he'd been set up to act as a foil to Obama!
