The Death From Below notes don't mention it...do AVs spawn for 4-person teams like they were doing in beta?

I think that got changed a while back. I think the team needs at least 6 now to spawn an AV, but I could be wrong.

No, 6 is correct.
With less than 6 you get Elite Bosses only.

Curses. I was hoping the 4-team AVs in beta represented a fix. Requiring 6 is why no one uses the TUT for DfB anymore.
