So "based on Liberty" means the Liberty Server, right? Want to make sure I show up in the right place.

It being capitalized, I would assume that's the case.

Though I can understand if a supergroup says "We are a supergroup based on freedom, liberty, and justice" that some people might reply "What, three different servers?" ;-)

Yes, Liberty is the server location of this event, as well as the inalienable human right. :) I've updated the tags to reflect this now too.
