And here's how Arcanaville wants to fix it. I withhold my judgment on whether I feel it's feasible or not. I'm not mathy enough to stand next to Arcana.

Like Kellz pointed out, no matter what you do you're going to have a problem in PvP being defense based. You're also going to have a problem being melee because you can be kited.

With a good build, which it sounds like you already have, you can do okay in pvp against people who are fairly new to PvP (or just plain bad at it). You can do okay against people not specced for PvP. But against anyone who knows what they're doing and is out to win, you've got some serious disadvantages to overcome, to say the least.

Are you planning Open PvP or Arena?

I just gotta say I run my Psi/Storm in Open PvP environments and I just don't see SR Heroes in Sirens or Recluses and if they appear, they are severely paid out on.

Stalkers have the upper hand on you because they have stealth so hide and deal massive damage to the unwary, so they can be more defense based, But I have dropped Stalkers on their butt with my Hurricane and Tornado. Masterminds getting Storm has complicated matters even further. Also Autohit abilities can cause serious problems for you, so for example if I ran into you in Warburg, you would cop an instant snowstorm, so slowed and I would wait until your Focused Fighting wore off and stun you to finish you off at my leisure.

Mind you, if you could play around with it, working the Conceal Pool to include Phase Shift. I played around with that on a character and it caused no end of fun in that you can drop off autohits and let some guy keep smashing at you costing endurance while you sit back and enjoy the show or flee.

I'm very much not a PVPer, but shouldn't you have Stealth rather than Invis? Just toss a +Stealth proc in sprint or something and you're good to go.
