Where's the fish-anatomy part of it? Is that a vagina or some kind of fish cloaca? And is that a mermaid-baby?

I wish I could see it closer-up....

This is trippy, I wonder where it came from.

I question the ability to give birth out the front og the body and not through the pelvis, but hey I'm not a doctor or a scientist or a cryptozologist. Neat stuff though...
