forgive my ignorance and all, but high school kids in the states go clubbin? i always thought that it was just house parties and stuff cuz everything there is so strict.
thailand is pretty lenient, kids start going out at like 14, sometimes even 13 and all you need is a passport photocopy.
so i was just curious, how strict are they in nyc with checking id?
