(Movie) Fic Meme

All the cool kids are doing the movie meme. Which is cool - 10 movies that somehow resonate or express who you are, where you are as a person now. But there are such few movies that I feel resonate much about me - I wanna do this with fic! I really hope the authors see this as compliments. What I'm saying is - this really resonated with me,

i feel like i could do this with songs, lol. movies maybe, but movies are long and (preferably) too dynamic as a whole to relate to one particular movement in personal life.

Thank you for writing. I love following you explorations of aspects of consent, love your characters, hard not to root for them and be touched and love them - even if they're doing things that are... problematic. In this fic I loved your Sam so much, and of course how could anybody not fall for this Dean (these Deans?). I was moved by Dean's desperation, that point of not being able to take anything anymore, and having to live like that. I get why Sam did what he did. Perhaps he should have a chat with current canon Sam, BTW.
Just loved this so much.

As for the podfic - yesyes, I loved that podfic! I'll add it right away.

I love stories about consent and identity, and I'm glad you saw where they were both coming from. Canon Sam has a seriously legitimate bone to pick with Dean, but I have to have faith they'll get back on the same page.

Honestly, I'm not sure Canon Sam could or should get over the choice Dean made for him against his will... I hope the show fandom can take them down the very long, complicated road of solving this, being good together anew, hopefully in a better way for both of them....

Oooh interesting idea! I've seen other people do this meme with movies but I'm not a big movie person. And I haven't been reading much fic lately so I'm not sure I could come up with 10 fics either.. but I really want to try it! I don't think I've actually read any of the fics on your list, but I'll be bookmarking this for future reference!

As for the fic in this list, wow, there are amazing fics in there. Not everything in SPN, too.
