My id apparently wants me never to stop doing these. More of a discussion this time, though, because I had more trouble deciding some of these roles, and I think if you changed some of them round (which you could very reasonably do) then the whole feel of the cast would change, too. Genderswapping is probably never a bad idea in our society. While there is such a solid ideological boundary between the genders, it becomes us progressive arty types to cross, blur and otherwise challenge it as often as we possibly can.

Completely agreed. Why can't an Annie or a Penelope be a dude? Why can't a Rossetti or an Odysseus be a lady?

(Answer: no reason, and if someone else says there is, we must bash them about the head really hard.)
