am i the only one who seriously hates flash websites? nearly any use of flash lately has gotten on my nerves.

you're not the only one. almost ever graphic design site i go to is flash. i miss the days of solid css and solid graphics. it's irritating to wait for a site to load and music on a site is the worst (sometimes)

there are some good flash sites out there but those are hard to find these days.

i'm honestly convinced that simple people are amused by blinking and moving things on their screen.

well, i can't deny that flash has added alot to interactive design for the web, but unfortunately, most of the flash sites out there really don't need to be flash at all, or what they've used flash for wasn't actually for the better.

i 'am' annoyed, however, by website designed for clients who don't know jack about design and who simplyed requested a flash site cause it just seemed totally edgy and neat, which happens to include 90% of all musician's offical websites (no doubt with embedded playlist).
