Definitely go to Greece...amazing country, amazing people, amazing food, and still pretty cheap if you're outside Athens or the majorly touristy islands.
I will admit first and foremost that I am very biased in my opinion.
Go to Prague. Go. It is the most amazing city, there is SO much to see and explore that I bet you missed whenever you were there. And I can tell you some cool little places to check out. Plus it would give you hands-on teaching experience and that seems important somehow.
Well of course you're biased. I should have said "everyone except Rosy, because I know what she'll say" :P
You have a point though. I was there in a large group being herded like sheep throughout the city and though it was wonderful wonderful I had a feeling there was much more wonderful wonderful to it than I had time to seek out.
And the hands on-experience does seem important, which is why I'm not as excited about the options that include online TEFL courses...
