A lot of people mistake the shutting down by itself a virus. Viruses do not do that (although a more complex trojan or worm can). It's an electrical problem. It happens to me too and I don't use Windows. The electricity around here isn't too stable at the moment so my computer shuts down and reboots. I think if you get the electricity problem fixed to be more stable that should help. :)

Since the computer couldn't be turned on, I couldn't. But last night it was working again so I saved everything I need before shit happens again @_@
