Ugh, it is SO hot when Gerard gets smashed into the police car. That whole video gets a million hot points. NGH. And yay thank you! I am very happy about both of those things! Sickness less so, but it could be worse. :) <333

In my experience some comic shops can be SKEEZY but good ones are AWESOME.

New Umbrella Academy! FAVORITE.

That video is AMAZING. I watched it for the first time at like 6am in my kitchen before going to school, and then during the bus ride. I swear I had the stupidest smile stuck on my face for the whole day, which didn't leave even after double Chemistry. Just. Them. <33

I felt the same way the first time I went into a comic shop (which was actually just last July) I was really fucking nervous, because I had only read TUA up until that point. I loved it, though, it was definitely one of the best moments of my life (we don't get any comic shops here). And you should get Watchmen! It's amazing, seriously, especially the narrative. It's my favorite, but Dallas is slowly making me maybe change my mind.

I WATCHED THAT VIDEO THE OTHER DAY. The scene in the elevator, oh my god. XD I need an awkward elevator scene in a fic, plz.

Hahah, I'm glad I'm not the only one intimidated by such things. And also glad that comic shops aren't actually so scary! I actually do have Watchmen, and am very excited to read it. I told myself I had to finish The Sandman before I started it, and I am currently 3/4 of the way through Endless Nights, so I shall start it soon. \o/

Ahahaha, yes, there should totally be more awkward elevator fic.

1. desolation rooooow! it is so amazing. and gerard keeps getting hotter and hotter, i love it.

2. omg me too, for the same reasons as you. i feel like it'd be obvious that i've just recently got into comics, and that it was because of gerard. i'm trying to get over that though, because i really want new ua but shouldn't really be paying extra to order it online. we'll see!

7. oh man, i'm so behind on dexter. i've only watched the first few episodes of s2. it feels like i have so many pleasure things to catch up on (books to read, tv and movies to watch, uhh video games to play) that it's hard to fit it all in. haha, my life, so hard :P

excuse all the editing. my grammar kind of sucks tonight, apparently.

Yeah, exactly. I hate being that fan, you know? But I'm so glad I did it because it's nice to not have to pay shipping fees (plus TFAW never sends me my comics on time). If I can do it, you can! :)

I tend to watch Dexter in chunks - I'll forget about it for a couple weeks and then watch 5 episodes all at once. Heh. Oh man, I know what you mean, I'm way behind on a bunch of stuff, too. Fangirls lead hard lives. ;)
