It's when he's deciding what direction to head in as he's parting with Arthur and Merlin at the end of The Eye of the Phoenix. I can't remember precisely how he does it, but he's definitely checking the direction of the wind. Or talking about money...I don't know. :D

PB icons are about getting as many expressions as possible, so I like to choose the weird ones too. Eoin is a treat for them, because he throws so many great faces.
