what program do you need to unzip files? I'm having alot of trouble with that

Usually, PCs have Winzip that zip and unzip files rather niftily.

If you're on a Mac, you need to get Stuffit Expander.

Kitty's right, you need Winzip if you're on a PC. It should be fairly easy to find. Lemme know if you need an alternate solution! :-)
