Getting things of my chest

Right now I'm not quite sure what I'm writing, because everything is blury. No, I haven't been drinking. I just forgot my glasses in Tyra's room when Anders and I switched. Stress really is underestimated for the pain and suffering it causes... its horrible

It's like we share almost the same life as well as almost the same name!! OK, apart from the whole parter-and-kid-thing, but that's just a little difference. *grins*

I, too, have trouble with my back & shoulder & neck and with headaches and with not being able to sleep. Even when I'm not in an insomniac phase, it takes me at least half an hour of reading and at least half an hour of lying in bed with the lights out usually to get to sleep.

Also, I tend to find that walking - brisk walking - for at least 20 minutes really helps with my neck and shoulders. The problem is fitting the walk in around everything else. Today I DID walk after coming home from work, but then it was time to eat and so far I still haven't studied today.

Janettie is right, exercise is good for stress. Time to take Tyra to the swimming pool? Both of you will sleep really well then!

Vad jobbigt med huvudvärk. Jag tror att du haft lite väl mycket ett tag och behöver varva ner lite. Du ska vara rädd om dig vettu. Känner igen det där med att inte kunna sova när det blir för mycket. Istället ligger man och tänker samma sak om och om igen. Bläääääh. Numera går jag upp en stund och sätter mig och läser eller gör det jag tänker på och då går det lättare att sova igen ( ... )
