So my wife graduated from Arabic. Tomorrow she is on casual status awaiting her reduction surgery so she can finally run and say goodbye to back pain. Hopefully. The thing that they forget to tell you about breast reduction is that she will be incapable of doing normal tasks for awhile. Like bathing with normal water pressure, picking up a book, etc. I had to have my mom do almost everything for me after I had mine. So be a good hubby and be prepared.
