To Hell With E-Switch!

I have finally lodged a compliant with CASE against E-Switch. They are in breach of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. Hopefully whoever is in the same situation and does a search on the internet about E-Switch will be able to chance upon my entry. They will at least know they can do something about the contract that they have signed.

I followed your instructions and could not find anything on the Internet regarding your complaint against E-Switch. Could you supply additional details? Thanks

If you have a contract with E-Switch and wants to terminate it, you can approcah CASE with all your documnents. You can check out the CASE website www.case.org.sg for the procedure.

Thank you for the quick reply. I thought you were referring to E-Switch in Minnesota, USA. But I guess it is a different company.
