/hasn't even begun to unpack yet because she's been walking around and touching all the materials in the room and rolling around on the water bed

/smooths down her hair and the lines of her pencil skirt, suddenly apprehensive at the sound of a man's voice, and opens the door

/walks into the room proper and looks around, admiring how spacious and luxurious it all seems to be

/sets his luggage down on one bed, then walks over to the vanity and fishes a comb out of his suit pocket. It's been a while since his hair has had a decent combing and he's dying to have one, but then he looks in the mirror...and frowns considerably.

/laughs softly as she returns to her suitcases and begins to unzip them

And we certainly did. I peeked into a few of the rooms on my way here, and some of them were in a sad state. Makes me wonder about the other tenants and how they’ll get along. :c

/catches his disgruntled words under his breath and hesitantly approaches him

Oh, I doubt it’s as bad as that.

/peeks somewhat timidly over his shoulder at his reflection, and while it’s true his imperfections are fairly obvious, by Rapture standards he’s well-off indeed
/and by all respects, he doesn't seem like a bad fellow at all

Nonsense, nonsense. Nothing a little sprucing up can’t fix. And with this lovely mirror and all those goodies in your bag, I’m sure you can be spruced up in no time.

[He walks through the hallway, looking to left and right now and then to look at the doors of those many rooms, searching for his own. In his right hand is a large bag with all his luggage.]

[After around two minutes of searching he finally finds the right room - at least he assumes it.]

[For another few seconds he just looks at it, then he raises his left hand and knocks.]
