Wow, this was almost painful to read because of how sad it is! Poor Jowan! =( Being made Tranquil definitely seems like a fate worse than death. And wow, for Greagoir to make him guard the phylactery chamber? Very cold, but I could definitely see him doing that. Well-written piece!

And THIS is exactly why my PC had to order him executed. he might have done all kinds of wrongs, but she couldn't let him be made tranquil in the end. Poor, lying bastard.

Dude so was your PC a mage? because on my mage file I got the urn first and wasn't able to load an old file to have him executed by me D: Eamon does it. I went to do it with my city elf warrior girl and it was sad 8[

what does he say if you're a mage?

He's just kind of accepts it, but if I recall, he does still refer to you as "friend" which was just heart-breaking.

Painful, and heartbreaking and I loved it. And the Tranquil making procedure as lobotomy, sooo disturbing.

It is nice to know that other people sympathize with Jowan. I liked him even in my first playthrough as a City Elf and got so mad at Arl Eamon that I couldn't free him. Then I started my mage PC and totally loved him.

That made my stomach turn, but in a good way. Poor Jowan! It makes me so happy to find each and every Jowan-sympathizer out there.
