Hello,

Sorry to bother you, you are on the friend's list of a friend and I was having a random click-about! I just wanted to ask, how did you get the 'Words of Wisdom' bit to appear on your side bar like that? Is it part of the style settings or did you code it yourself? I really like it!

It was so long ago, that I can't properly remember :D

There was a section for it, though, and it was a pre-made layout that you get from the simple LJ customise page (anything beyond that is waaaay beyond me, I'm afraid!) -- from what I remember, it let you set the title (The 'Words of Wisdom' bit) and insert text there, and so I put in some of my favourite Discworld Quotes.

I'd give you more information (as in, what style/layout is *is*...) except I can't remember and I have no idea how to check :)

Aw well thanks for replying and having a go at remembering! I might just go and poke the styles thing a bit more and see what I come up with :)

percible was at University at the same time as me, though he seems to have managed to escape there much quicker than I have :D
