Today the new return policy at Toys'r'us went into effect. No returns or exchanges without a receipt or gift receipt. Every customer has been informed for the past 3 months by both the cashier and a flyer explaining the changes during every transaction. Seriously. If I wasn't so good at NOT CARING, I'd probably not be in charge of the customer service desk.

Gabe thinks poop is funny, so he likes to ask about the bathroom a lot.

It's funny how scary it is before you actually do it. I was scared to death of dealing with angry people, because I don't like to deal with people of any kind, angry or not. But really it's so simple. You have to be able to love your job and hate it at the same time lol. I don't even know how to explain it and have it make any sense at all.
