I used zippered pouches to hold charger cords and accessories on my last two trips. It worked fairly well for me, and the zippered pouches kept my tote bags more organized. One for cables/chargers, one for essential drugs/first aid, one for small snacks. Easy to toss is whichever bag I was using at the moment.

That's what I do now, but the millions of cables I have all get tangled together. Kindle charger, iPhone charger, bluetooth headphones, bluetooth headphone charger, regular headphones (for the Kindle, which doesn't have bluetooth)...

I think I found a solution, though - little itty-bitty boxes I bought in Chinatown this weekend - so I can put each cable in its own box.
