i feel a little better now

i dont really know why im deciding to update this thing now when i haven't in so long. my mind just feels so cluttered lately and i can't even sort it out myself.

College. i thought the hard part was over? i did the applications, took the tests, even got accepted into 5 schools already so why am i all of a sudden not enjoying being a second semester

I feel like we should both sit down and talk to your parents about this once all of the acceptance letters come in. They dont know the level of maturity in our relationship (especially compared to the other relationship they see-your sister's) and that we actually are picking our own school for our own future, which unless by an act of fate will be our individual lives. I think that you are correct in saying that Northeastern will have the best experience for you. For a city, Boston is an extremly safe one, with only one neighborhood, way below South Side, and so I know that you would be able to handle it, and come out a stronger person in the end, with or without me. Just remember that this is your own choice, and dont listen to your parents and in this case dont listen to me when I begin to get emotional about leaving you. This is your life, and your future, and I'll always keep the promise you made me swear to long ago, that no matter what happens I'll always be your best friend.

uconn is great, just to let you know, since your parents like it or whatever, i love it, and i found that it was an easy adjust to change.
i have a hard time adapting to change, and my freshman year wasn't as easy as most peoples, however, if i didn't go to uconn, it would be so much worse, and if i didn't go to uconn,i feel like i'd still be adapting, but i feel completely comfortable here, so much in fact, that i don't really want to come home.
