UGH IKR!!! But it makes me feel better that the two of them at least had sex irl haha.

This year I tried to do that 1 movie a day/365 movies a year challenge but that didn't work out lol. But yeah, the important thing is to get around to watching those movies, so that's good!

tbh Singin' in the Rain is the only Gene Kelly movie I've seen. :( Though I have seen the first half of An American in Paris, which is really good so I'd recommend that. This year I wanna try and watch more of his movies for sure though, I'd say check out the ones he did with Frank Sinatra and Judy Garland because those look fun and I'm planning on checking them out sometime.

Yeah they dated for like 3 or 4 years after filming the movie. Pictures of them at the Oscars together are so cute, I love this one. (After watching the movie I looked for pictures of them obviously lol).

You make me want to watch more movies! Every year I try to.. and somehow this year I ended up watching even less than last year. And your spam reminded me that I've been meaning to see Midnight in Paris haha.

Ah you need to see it! It's a really charming movie, and the cast is great.

I love everything you listed here, great choices! The Philadelphia Story is one of my all-time favorites. And Midnight In Paris might be my favorite of the year.

Midnight in Paris is definitely my favorite movie released this year (though there's a bunch of movies from this year that I need to see). I hope it manages to win some major awards this season!
