The bf's new roommate, the Cat Lady, is NOT working out. I'm not going to go into all the gory details but suffice it to say that she is a) rude, b) irrational and c) territorial. She seems to want James to pay rent but not leave his room very often, cook or attempt to talk to her.

CERTAINLY she does not want him to have guests. She complained
