I found $80 once in my apartment parking lot. I totally kept it. :D There is absolutely NO WAY to find out who it belonged to, anyway. It was in the middle of the parking lot!!

I would keep it all. >__> I never carry cash because you can't replace it if lost, and it's not my fault if other people don't take the same precautions!
