Thank you for all your thoughts and kind words about my kitty.  :)   I do miss him... although I am grateful he passed away naturally, in his sleep... just like I was hoping for.  I knew he was getting old, and tired... and I had been wrestling with the "when-do-you-euthanize" question for a while.  I feel it's a blessing that he passed away before

As for WoW. I feel you. I do actually like rpg/adventuring type games, but I quit for the reason you listed above. I'm just not a social gamer. I don't like relying on other people to enjoy my games.

Are you planning on finishing your Sims 2 Legacy ever? I miss that story :) Though it is kind of weird to go back to 2 from 3... Everything there suddenly looks a whole lot more angular than I remember...

I agree with you on it being a relief for a pet to pass away in their sleep. I hope when my cats get to that point they go peacefully while doing what they love (sleeping!).

If you're in the market for new games, have you checked out the cheesy stuff on facebook? They're very casual games where you do need to play with others (meaning you trade gifts with other people) but there's none of the "e-peen" thing going on (it's really like a big hen party, with mostly women tending fake farms and fake zoos and things like that). I find it fills in the open spots in my game needs (and it's a fun distraction when I'm at work, I can tell my self "ooh, in two hours you can check your zoo to see if the baby animal is ready" and dumb crap like that).
