Thank you! :D Yes we were very worried there for a day or so but sooo relieved now. :)
Yeah my nurse friend said you can think pretty much anything that feels like the flu is H1N1 this time of year with how widespread it is and it being so early in "flu season." Forgot to mention I was soooo sore all over too. Hurt to move, it was awful, lol!
Thank you!! :D You know, they are saying that as many as a third of H1N1 cases are unconfirmed because people feel bad but not bad enough to get treatment. It's really not the worst I've felt, but it was bad enough to make me wonder, lol.
I seem to recall the owners of the farmland you're tying to buy having insane requirements. (Like them getting to essentially live in the house on the land for free for the rest of their lives or something?) Did you ever talk them out of that? Or am I thinking of something else?
Yes it's one and the same, lol. We took ya'lls advice and hired a realtor to deal with all the terms, which still are not fully agreed upon. It was the realtor's advice that we go ahead with the farm loan paperwork, etc. because he thinks they'll be more willing to negotiate when they see we aren't just blowing smoke and we actually have cash (well, a loan) in hand. It's not the way things are usually done with farm lending; they like to have the terms already settled upon before they begin their inspections, etc. but they're doing it anyway... probably because they realize they're not going to get any serious, workable terms until they do. :|
