I am outraged and some of the choices on this list( don't worry sweetie, I know you didn't make it). Where the hell are The Clash(London Calling), The Stooges( Fun House) and The Ramones?? Jeeze they ahve TWO Goddamn Green Day Cds but not some of THE most important bands, without which there would BE no Green Day?? Bull.

*sigh* Other than that, interesting list. A LOT I don't have...ah well.

The Clash London Calling was at 96.

I agree, there was quite a lot lacking. I think that most of those rankings were based on sales figures...
(and way too much Michael Jackson...)

Yeah, I can't get behind this list either, and mine are for pretty much the same reasons as above. Punk was completely left off of this list. Bad Religion, NoFx, Decendents, Buzzcocks, Ramones, Operation Ivy, the Offspring, etc. This is just an arbitrary list of CDs people might want to purchase to me.

And while the concept behind the album is good, Green Day's "American Idiot" should not be on this list.
